Time for Tough Love

It was tough love for our cat Marlena (no she is not named after the actress)...she is totally addicted to Temptations treats and was ruling the house so I had to put her on a schedule that would allow me to sleep through the night.  She was waking me up every couple of hours for a snack.  Pets, like humans, have to realize that you can't sit around and eat and sleep all day.

I was talking to Matt last night and it looks like we'll have designer Glen Peloso on the show with us tomorrow because he'll be at the Designs for Living Show and you've probably seen him on Restaurant Makeover, a show that runs on the Food Network.

Showshoeing...It's my new favourite exercise and something both my husband and I can do together. I never thought I'd love it so much bu it feels great and my legs are killing me!!!!!
