The Matt Hayes/Sunni Genesco story began over 15 years ago. In fact, they're one of Hamilton's longest-running radio morning teams - ever!

For the last three years, the Sunni & Hayes show has been simultaneously broadcasting at 6:45am, 7:45am & 8:45am on 102.9 K-Lite and CH Morning Live, giving Hamilton audiences a chance to both see and hear this dynamic duo!

I have been having fun in morning radio in Hamilton for the past 21 years.  Almost all of those years have been spent alongside CHCH weatherman Matt Hayes. I am definitely a morning person and I truly enjoy sharing my love of life, entertainment, sports and just about everything else with the Hamilton community every weekday morning from 5:30 til 9 am.  I am a local supporter of a number of charities including the Good Shepherd, MS Society and Breast Cancer Foundation just to name a few. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out in Dundas where I live with my husband and trying to master the game of golf.   When there's time I love to travel and exercise is a big part of my life.

I can’t believe it’s coming up on 20 years cohosting the morning show on K-lite with Sunni. Its been more than thirty years that I’ve been on the air as weatherman at CHCH. It really is true that time flies when your’re having fun. And I have to say after all these years it still is fun. We have a lot of laughs in the morning  and do our best to brighten your day. People always go on about how busy my life must be but its not like work. I still have time to enjoy my passion for music reading biographies and spending quality time with my wife Patti and daughter Kyra. I also do my best to support many local charities throughout the year.

    Good morning Matt and Sunni; I just wanted to let you know we lost a great person today. Jimmy Lomax passed away on Sunday morning. He was a great guy and he will be missed by alot of people. Bev Gaska

    Could you guys give me the heads up as to where my girlfriend and I could find a night club that plays the music you guys play on Saturday nights?

    We both live in Apartment type buildings so if would be a problem to just dance to the music you guys are playing.

    Good Morning All - Matt heard you were on a cruise a couple of weeks ago and would love to know the beach you were talking about in Curacao. My "better" half and I are leaving on a 14 day cruise April 6th and are stopping in Curacao. We try to cruise 4 times a year.
