Somebody pass a wet nap, please?

Just got word that one of our favourite places is open for another sticky-sweet season this Family Day Weekend!

It’s the annual Sugar Bush Adventure at White Meadows Farms in Pelham.

Enjoy a petting farm, skating rink and tobogganing. In the Sugar Bush you’ll find re-enactors dressed in period costumes demonstrating and sharing the rich history of Canada's first harvest…not to mention their Pancake House for breakfast and lunch…and lots of real Maple Syrup!

Details at Whitemeadowsfarms.com.

And while we not-so-patiently wait for spring’s arrival, check out this short time-lapsed vid of the nearby 500 year old Comfort Maple, Canada’s (and possibly the world’s) oldest living maple tree.

I knew you were trouble!

They were one of last years viral sensations, which led to an Ellen Show appearance!

Now the Burlington based band, 'Walk Off The Earth' is poised to do it again with their newest youtube vid.

It's called 'I Knew You Were Trouble' and this time, instead of all playing on a single guitar, the music comes solely from the groups microphones.  Check it out.  You'll be blown away!

How sad and pathetic am I?

Posted By: Jack Peets · 11/12/2012 5:41:00 PM

Every Autumn I put myself through the same turmoil.

Why do I torture myself so?

Once again it was time for me to say so long to my little summertime friend.

Put my 1975 Triumph TR6 to bed for winter on the weekend.  Covered her in a nice warm blanket and walked away.  Didn't look back...it was too painful.

See you in the spring my oil-burning, gas-guzzling, noise-polluting friend!

Sweet dreams Red.

PS:   I need help.  :-)

3 hundred million people can't be wrong.

Now make it 3 hundred and two.

Smile alert.

You probably saw Aiko’s blog post earlier, featuring South Korea’s viral rapping sensation Psy.

Gangnam Style has more than 300 million YouTube views.

Well now here comes the Ohio University Marching Band with their version…complete with the Gangnam Style dance.

2 million hits later, it too is a viral runaway.

Guaranteed smile coming right up.
