Oakville’s CANADA DAY IN BRONTE HARBOUR – Get ready for THE Party of the summer!
Oakville’s Canada Day & Fireworks Show will be held in Bronte Harbour’s Heritage Waterfront Park on Sunday, July 1, 2012 - 11am-11pm.
This FREE all day family festival is an annual Oakville tradition with upwards of 50,000 people celebrating by end of day in Bronte’s gorgeous Heritage Lakefront Park, and many thousands more along the area shorelines. Bronte’s tourist area welcomes people of all ages to a day featuring performances on two stages, children's activities throughout the day, Kinsmen Club of Oakville Beer and Burger Garden, delicious food from local Bronte Harbour Restaurants and others, plus great merchandise and services offered in our Vendor Village.
Oakville’s Canada Day is presented by the over 200 business merchants of the Bronte Harbour Business Improvement Area (Bronte BIA), with support from the Town of Oakville, Heritage Canada, Willson International, Bio-k +, and Cogeco. End the day and evening with the magnificent fireworks show from a huge barge off Bronte Pier…..the Big Bang!
PLEASE DON’T RUSH AWAY at the same time, music will continue after the fireworks. Avoid stress, stay and enjoy the music and the moonlight on the lake until the traffic congestion thins out. You’ll get home just as fast!
Sponsor, Volunteer and Vendor Enquiries Are Welcome at info@brontevillage.net!
