This Saturday, Century Fitness and Physio will the location for a Cardiac Vascular and Stroke fundraiser .  Century  Fitness is at 1389 Upper James Street just south of Stonechurch behind Eastside Marios.   You can put together a 6 person team for this 12 hour marathon and each team will do 2 hours on the treadmills.  You can walk , jog or run .   It starts at 8am Saturday and goes til 8pm.  There'll be displays, raffles , food and loads of fun but more importantly every single penny will go directly to the foundation at the General Hospital for the Cardiac Vascular and Stroke Program.   You want to make a difference , here's how just call Bob at 905-318-9901 for more info or email ref37@hotmail.com.   Donations are excepted as well on Saturday.
