It was built way back in the 1930's and now  the former Ivor Wynne Stadium is just an open field as the rebuilding begins.  I can remember like so many football fans , getting to the game nice and early so I could park a million miles away because I so wanted a hot dog because that smell filled all of the area streets leading to Ivor Wynne.  I figured I could walk off the hot dog after the game.  There are so many memories of this legendary field and there will be new ones made when the new and improved field opens.   Someone once told me Change is Good and I honestly believe that.  A new field could mean not only the return of faithful season ticket holders but the introduction of a new breed of fans and that's as Martha Stewart would say is a good thing!!!!!!!!!
