It's Back to Carrot Sticks and the Trend Mill
You know the feeling , one too many family gatherings, open houses and just general noshing on everything you can get your hands on during the holiday season but it's January and it's 2013 and your favourite jeans aren't your favourite anymore because you can no longer squeeze into them so what do you do? You do what you always do. You get back to the gym with the promise of going at least 3 times a week. You tell yourself you're going to pack a healthy lunch for work and you're going grab just a coffee in the morning not the box of sweet delights for the whole office (and you) to enjoy. It's hard but you can do it. Actually we all can do it . I always say if you have time to eat , you have time to exercise (and maybe plan better meals) Happy 2013!!!!!!!!!!
