It's All About The Food
You get a long weeeknd like Thanksgiving and it's oh no!!!!!!!!! Another eatfest and will I be able to stop eating everything in sight? Here's the deal I was in line the other day getting a coffee and a lady in front of me was chatting with her girlfriend about Thanksgiving and it being the start of an eating frenzy because Halloween follows (you know all those teeny weeny chocolate bars) then pre Christmas events followed by Christmas and more munching and she was worried. Hey what can you do? Get up every morning and do what you always do only plan to add a little 10 minute walk and keep increasing that walk by 10 minutes every couple of days til you reach a full hour . If you at least try to do that from now till all the other holidays , you'll at least have energy , feel better and you may not get that urge to go crazy at the dessert table . But if you do ,you've at least moved around a bit . So have your pumpkin pie and enjoy every bite of it!!!!!!!!!!
