I'm hoping you'll come join me this Saturday morning for the 5th annual walk and run in support of breast cancer research at the Juravinski Cancer Centre.   It's called the BrightRun and it'll be a a fun filled day out on the trails at the Dundas Valley Conservation Area.  Bring your friends, family and pledges Saturday morning.  We'll start things up by about 9:30 or 9:45 and if you'd like to find out more info just go to our website to register and help make this the most successful BrightRun walk so far!!!!!!!!!!!!
