It's the kind of weather we knew was coming.  You know, hot, humid and more humid.  If you're like me and have elderly parents who can't sit still , make sure they turn their AC on and don't over do it in their gardens (like my dad is known to do).  It's great to have hot weather but it's also great to be comfortable and if you're an allergy or sinus sufferer like me , it can be a series of headaches that just won't go away because of the humidity levels.  Remember when your neighbour said come over anytime for a swim, this is the time!!!!!
