Holiday Sweet Exchange!! I'm rollin up the sleeves .....
I recently celebrated my 1 year anniversary at Stoney Creek Crossfit and still loving every sweaty minute of it!!
The Crossfit lifestyle promotes eating a paleo diet, which consists mainly of fish, meats, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and nuts and excludes things like grains, legumes,dairy, white potatoes and refined sugar. However, I do not follow a strict paleo diet but try my best to eat clean daily, which can be extremly hard this time of year. This is why I am super stoked about this paleo recipe. My friend made these last week and they are amaze-balls AND healthy!! I have a cookie/sweet exchange coming up and I will be making these!

What you will need:
1/2 cup walnuts
10 medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup pecans
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup almond butter
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Plate to roll the balls in goodies
